The front of Phoenix dry cleaning business is boarded up after a customer on her way to drop off her clothes drives her vehicle right through the building.

The owner of Regal Cleaners says this is the third time a driver has made the same mistake. It happened in October 2007 and again in October 2008.

The bumper ended up just inches away from owner David Reddish, who was sitting at his desk working. Surveillance cameras were rolling at the time.

"Oh no, not again, this is the third time in three years this has happened. I couldn't believe it was happening, Groundhog Day all over again," says Reddish.

The driver, a 22-year-old woman, said her foot slipped and hit the accelerator. The damage has been estimated at around $10,000.

"She was scared, she was crying, then she came over here and dropped her clothes off, which I thought was pretty funny," says employee Daniel Flores, who was working the front counter.

"Hopefully, third time's the charm -- and it won't happen again," says Reddish. No one was hurt.

There is a theory as to why this keeps happening. Reddish thinks its because the parking lot is at an incline, so people have to accelerate to park.
