Suspect Demands Cash, Drugs at Pharmacy

SURPRISE, Ariz. - Police are searching for a man who robbed a Surprise Walgreens store near Reems and Waddell Road.

Police say the suspect showed a weapon and ordered an employee behind the pharmacy counter to give him money and drugs.

The suspect is described as 20 to 30 years old, 5 feet 9 inches tall, 150 pounds and clean shaven.  He was last seen wearing a long sleeve hooded sweatshirt and a dark baseball cap.

Police believe he is resonsible for other robberies in the valley.
