Prosecutors: Valley Man's Web Site Rated Prostitutes

Prosecutors say a valley man who operated a web site that rated prostitutes has pleaded guilty in an assault case.

David Elms was arrested last year for allegedly trying to hire someone to attack a business rival.

Authorities say Elms pleaded guilty to conspiracy and to the illegal control of an enterprise.

Prosecutors say he allowed his web site to promote an escort service.
