TUCSON, Ariz. - Police said 13 people protesting Arizona's new immigration law were arrested for blocking downtown streets in Tucson.
West Congress Street and Granada Avenue were closed for more than an hour Thursday afternoon because of the protests.
Police arrested and cited the 13 protesters, while others were told to move out of the roadway.
All of those arrested were released by Friday morning.
