Millions of people are on Facebook, and many of them have friends who seem to post everything they do.

But now some of those pictures are coming back to haunt some of those people.

A recent example is of an IBM employee on leave for a year-and-a-half because of depression. But her employer found pictures of her having a good time while on vacation, partying and looking anything but depressed. She's now been ordered back to work.

Then there was the teacher in Georgia who was fired after a parent of one of her students saw a picture of her holding a beer.

The recent trend of employers using their employees social networking sites against them is growing.

FOX 10's Laura Sambol talked with one local expert, who believes the best advice for everyone is to pause before you post.
