PHOENIX - Even though medical marijuana is now legal in Arizona, students and staff at state universities won't be able to use it on campus.

Arizona State University, Northern Arizona University and the University of Arizona say federal law trumps state law at the colleges, which are drug-free zones.

Federal law doesn't allow the use of marijuana.

Schools that don't enforce the rule risk losing federal aid and grants.
