From MyFox National Reports

Fascinating crowds as they pass through, giant life-like mechanical dolls are walking the streets of Berlin.

"Little Giantess," a mechanical marionette from France, standing 25-feet high and clad in a bright yellow rain slicker, launched her search Friday for a second doll with the help of dozens of handlers and puppeteers.

The doll will be moving across the city to meet up with another doll, her uncle named "Big Giant," a 49-foot tall doll that is set to emerge from an inner-city harbor, according to The Associated Press .

They will finally meet Saturday, Oct. 3 at the Bradenburg gate. The celebration will coincide with the 20th anniversary of Germany's reunification.

French performance art company Royal de Luxe is telling the story of the dolls as they reunited after years of separation.
