It was a chilling confession. Angela Simpson admits to killing and torturing a disabled man and then cutting up his body and dumping it in a church parking lot.
But can lawyers build a defense for her, now that she's described to the public her heinous crime?
The Maricopa County Public Defender's Office is not commenting, but we posed the question to several Defense Attorney's here in the valley. They say it's going to be hard to defend her in court, but her chilling statements may allow her to argue that she's not competent to stand trial.
