MAYER, Ariz. - Four arrests have culminated in a six-month investigation into drug sales at a trailer park in Mayer -- and one suspect is still outstanding.

During the last few months of 2009 and into 2010, detectives from the Yavapai County Sheriff's Office have been looking into drug activity at the Chimney Ranch Trailer Park on Hwy. 69.

Four suspects have been arrested and another suspect is still wanted.

Detectives say that in late 2009, 34-year-old Jaremy Benedict was selling prescription pills, including Oxycodone. On March 1, Benedict was arrested on two counts of narcotic drugs for sale.

Also in late 2009, 23-year-old Jackie Scott made at least two sales of methamphetamine. Scott was arrested on March 2, 2010 and booked on several charges including two counts of possession of dangerous drugs for sale and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Last month, detectives say 46-year-old William Rawlinson was also monitored selling methamphetamine. Rawlinson was arrested at the scene and booked at the Camp Verde Detention Center on charges including two counts of possession of dangerous drugs for sale, two counts of using electronic communication in a drug transaction and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Upon conducting a search warrant at Rawlinson's residence, they had found a digital scale, meth pipe and two packages of meth prepared for sale.

Rawlinson's wife, 35-year-old Catherine Rawlinson (not pictured), was also arrested for possession of dangerous drugs and drug paraphernalia.

56-year-old William Maher is still wanted for selling drugs at Chimney Ranch Trailer Park. Detectives monitored a sale of Vicodin in Dec. 2009, and in January 2010, a sale of methamphetamine. Earlier this month, YCSO says Maher sold Xanax during another controlled buy. Since then, detectives have not been able to locate him.
