Sheriff Babeu: Our Own Government is Our Enemy

PHOENIX - Attorney Daniel Ortega and Pinal County Sheriff Paul Babeu each fall on opposite sides of the immigration issue's coin.

Ortega argued against 1070 in court, and Babeu has been an outspoken supporter. Wednesday night, just hours before parts of SB1070 are set to take effect, they respond to questions posed by FOX 10 anchor John Hook.

They discuss the country's immigration system, Sheriff Joe's controversial crime sweeps, the allegations of racial profiling, and how SB1070's standing elements will impact law enforcement from now on.
