Thieves broke into a 20-room Chandler mansion just days after a website went up showing pictures of everything that was going to be auctioned off.
The thieves knew exactly what they were looking for, and police say, they were dealing with pros.
This multimillion-dollar home in foreclosure is no ordinary victim of the housing market. It is 13,000 square feet, has five master suites, a 10-car garage, and its own lake.
Caretakers walked in Saturday morning to find flat screen TVs ripped out of the walls, just one week before everything inside the house was due to be sold at auction.
The family who owns the home is auctioning off their furniture, electronics, paintings, and jewelry -- before the bank auctions off the property.
Jason Stancill is organizing the auction. He says the thieves wore gloves and broke open a window to the kitchen door before stealing some electronics and taking off through the garage.
Despite the break-in, the auction will go on Saturday morning.
"If that's any indication on how bad people want to get in, then the auction should be fantastic. We'll try to look for the silver lining in that."
