Avondale helping new home buyers

Experts say if you're looking for a new home, now is the time to buy. But for many families, saving up enough money for a downpayment is a tall order. Now the city of Avondale is making it easy, thanks to a program funded by the federal government that grants homebuyers money. FOX 10's Allie Rasmus reports.
