Children's Hospital Patient Gets Surprise Visit from Favorite Author

It's not fun to be sick and stuck in a hospital room.  You can't go outside or play with children.  That's the case for one valley boy.

His holiday season is a little brighter now thanks to a surprise visit from one of his favorite authors!

At the Phoenix Children's Hospital, John Padilla says he escapes it all with a series of books, "The Looking Glass Wars."  The author of one of the books, Frank Beddor stopped by to meet his biggest fan.
