PHOENIX, Ariz. - It's going to cost a lot of valley residents more money to cool and heat their homes, because Salt River Project just got approval for a rate hike.
It's going to cost the average homeowner about $6.00 more per month...but not all.
As Marc Martinez reports, some homeowners are taking electrical power into their own hands.
