How Much is Too Much Plastic Surgery?

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. - Reality television star Heidi Montag recently had 10 plastic surgeries in one day.

This was her second time under the knife - she had already undergone a nose job and breast implants.  She revealed her new look in People magazine.

The magazine's article shows her before and after looks.  She doesn't even look like the same woman and she's only 23 years old.

How much is too much plastic surgery and when is it okay to have multiple procedures?

Scottsdale surgeon, Dr. Andrew Wolin weighs in on the extreme makeover.

Dr. Wolin says make sure your plastic surgeon is board certified and get referrals from people you know who've had the work done.  He also says one place where you can not have more than two surgeries is your nose.  If you take away too much bone, the nose caves in.
