PHOENIX - Nearly 7,000 runners, walkers, and people in wheelchairs took to the streets of downtown Phoenix Sunday morning.

Participants in the 10K, the 5K, and the Walk to End Domestic Violence enjoyed near-perfect temperatures. Entertainers, supporters and family members lined the streets to cheer them on.

The 34th Annual Phoenix 10K is put on by Mollen Clinic.

Most of the streets around the state Capitol were blocked off Sunday morning. The runs took place between 8 a.m. and wrapped up about 11 a.m.
