IBMS Support & Implementation Analyst-Finance
Join the FTS IBMS Support & Implementation Team as a full-time team analyst, with responsibilities for testing, conducting application training & implementation classes for station personnel across all O&O’s FTS stations. Will travel with the project team to assigned stations and provide follow-on support to users after stations have completed training and once they go live. This position will be traveling up to 80% of the time for 2 years. This position will permanently be located in Secaucus, NJ facility.
Must have a min. of 5 years working in a television station Finance department, 3+yrs working on Accounts Receivable tasks, including billing, invoicing, log reconciliation, as well as experience working in a US Television Station and will have exposure and familiarity with television station monthly close process. A solid understanding of broadcast operations and Financial systems (such as M+BMS and/or IBMS from Pilat Media). Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to speak in front of a group is essential. Must be computer literate with the ability to learn new technologies quickly. Expertise using Excel, Word, One Domain, Donovan or other related systems, a definite plus. Prior training and/or project implementation experience very desirable. Willingness to travel is must.

IBMS Support & Implementation Analyst-Programming & Promotions
Join the FTS IBMS Support & Implementation Team as a full-time team analyst, with responsibilities for testing, conducting application training & implementation classes for station personnel across all O&O’s FTS stations. Will travel with the project team to assigned stations and provide follow-on support to users after stations have completed training and once they go live. This position will be traveling up to 80% of the time for Station installation after which time this position will be permanently located at our broadcast center in Secaucus, NJ.
Must have a min. of 5 years working in a television station Programming and Operations department, 3+yrs working on Amortization reporting and validation, exposure and familiarity with television station operations, amortization monthly close processes, and log reconciliation and solid understanding of broadcast operations with hands-on experience using Sales. Traffic, Programming. And Financials systems (such as BMS and/or IBMS from Pilat Media). Support stations with daily scheduling programs, promotions material as well as additional program and promotional management needs. Assist with master deals, title entries, commissioning lists, promotion campaigns as needed. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to speak in front of a group is essential. Must be computer literate with the ability to learn new technologies. Expertise using Excel, Word, or other broadcast related systems, a definite plus. Prior training and/or project implementation experience and exposure to Pilat Media’s IBMS system very desirable. Willingness to travel is essential.

Artist - Flint/Smoke
Experienced motion graphic designers wanted for in-house unit to help fulfill graphic demands for some Fox owned-and-operated stations. Qualified applicants will conceptualize, design and create motion graphics and animations for news, sales, programming and promotion as assigned. 2D and mid to high level 3D skills required. Experience with numerous OS platforms preferred with Linux and Windows being mandatory.
Required to have proficient working knowledge of Autodesk Flint or Smoke software platforms with experience in creating complex edits or composites utilizing imported 3D elements, motion tracking, image stabilization and effects. Should also be proficient with Autodesk 3D Max or Maxon Cinema 4D as well as the Adobe Suite products including Adobe After Effects and Adobe Photoshop and/or VDS Liberty/Twister paint. Knowledge of Autodesk Combustion a plus. Must have strong design skills and judgment with the ability to generate a project from concept to completion or work in concert with others. Excellent interpersonal skills are required as well as the ability to successfully work in a team environment with a positive attitude and professional work ethic. Should be highly organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize under tight deadlines. Expected to be flexible and able to work all hours and shifts as well as being punctual. A degree in design, animation or motion design is preferred, although range and scope of portfolio or work experience may equate. Positions located in Tampa, FL.
